Paseo de Begoña 30 Building

The building was built as a convent of the Religious Reparators on the site occupied by the Pavilion of the Casino of Gijón/Xixón in 1906. Developed on four floors between party walls, it has a symmetrical composition with respect to a central section of openings over the access door, with a semicircular arch and exposed brick voussoirs. While the side openings are an arch segment, in stone on exposed brick, the central one is formed by mullioned windows.
