Women’s Lyceum Exhibition: 100 Years of Legacy: References and Validity of Feminism

The exhibition can be visited from October 23 to November 6, 2026, in the lobby of the 1st floor of the School of Commerce, from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8:30 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays closed. Lobby of the 1st floor of the School of Commerce.
It is an exhibition that aims to raise awareness of key women in the modernisation of Spain but whose achievements have historically been invisible, this is an exercise in Democratic Memory for reflection on the historical construction of feminism and the challenges it faces today.
There will be an inaugural conference on Friday, October 13 at 7 p.m. by Rocío González Naranjo, author of the book Marisabidillas, frivolous and dangerous. The Lyceum Women’s Club of Madrid (1926-1936), and the exhibition will be accessible from that same date starting at 5:30 p.m.
