Complex communications
- What is the objective of this workshop?
The objective of this workshop is to understand the scope and importance of communication, defining the concepts and elements that make it up and delving into the process and the different types of communication, as well as the most frequent barriers and errors.
It will also be about mastering the techniques of persuasion and influence and going deeper into identifying the personality of our interlocutor(s) and their optimal treatment.
